Congratulations to Dick for winning April’s Golden Pen Award for his letter, “Offshore Drilling,” which decried the revived plan to begin exploration and drilling for oil and natural gas off the Atlantic coast, said the P&C. One of the ways SIAN can help to educate the community, and motivate action for relevant issues of concern, is by authoring such letters.
